Roxanne Agro is where we're learning what responsible cultivation and livestock actually take — not from a textbook, but from the land itself. Founded in 2026 in Alampur, Habiganj, its center is Alam Agro Farm — a working cattle operation raising and growing cows for beef, with seasonal vegetables grown alongside.

Overview

The herd comes first.
Everything else grows around it.

Alam Agro Farm was founded in 2026 in Alampur, Habiganj — the founder's ancestral village, where his grandfather was born and raised before moving on for his career. The farm is built around cattle: a herd bred and brought up entirely on its own land, on its own feed, following a rhythm of growth rather than a production schedule. Vegetables share the same soil alongside the herd — a genuine second layer of what the land produces, but cattle remains its center of gravity.

Dairy sits further down the road — something to bring in once the herd, the land, and the infrastructure can properly support it, not before. For now, the discipline is simpler: get the fundamentals of raising cattle right, consistently, before layering anything new on top.

Alam Agro Farm isn't formally part of Roxanne yet. It's run independently, with day-to-day management staying close to the family for now — the same long-term pattern as Roxanne Health, where Roxanne Corporation is positioned to take on fuller oversight as its own identity and footing become established.

What We Raise & Grow — Today

Cattle Breeding & Rearing.

The center of the farm's daily rhythm. Calves are bred and brought in, then raised on the land through every stage of growth — fed, watched over, given the time they need to mature — before the herd turns over and the cycle begins again. It's work built on patience more than volume.

Seasonal Vegetables.

Grown on the same land the herd calls home. Not the main story of the farm, but a real and deliberate second layer to what it produces, shifting with the seasons across the acreage the cattle share.

Looking Ahead

Dairy — Planned.

Not yet part of the farm's daily work. Dairy joins the cattle line once the herd, the land, and the infrastructure are mature enough to carry it properly — introduced gradually, alongside what already exists, rather than launched all at once.

Automated Poultry Farm.

A modern, technology-driven chicken farm is already in motion — not just an idea on a list. We're currently studying what it actually takes to build one properly: the infrastructure, the environment the birds need to thrive, the process, and the real cost of doing it right, before a single structure goes up. It'll follow the same pattern as Roxanne Health: independent for now, folded into Roxanne Agro once it's ready.

Fisheries — Our Founder's Vision.

Habiganj has no shortage of fish — but most of it is bought up and shipped straight to Dhaka's restaurants and chain markets before it ever reaches local sellers or local tables. Changing that is something the founder cares about on a personal level. It's still an early, unformed idea rather than a plan with real shape to it yet — but one he intends to return to.

Breeding and growing the cattle herd on-site, with the first rounds of cattle being raised toward sale for beef alongside the season's vegetable crops.

Alongside dairy, we're planning a modern, automated poultry farm, while the founder continues exploring fisheries as a longer-term direction for Roxanne Agro.
